Working from our Fladbury Studio in the Worcestershire countryside, our focus is on residential architecture from listed buildings to new builds.
We work primarily across Worcestershire, the Cotswolds and Herefordshire but we are always happy to consider projects further afield.
We work closely with our clients and other consultants to produce thoughtful, efficient and desirable spaces. We offer a full range of architectural services from feasibility, through planning to construction and completion.

Feasibility Tester
Whether you would like a site appraisal to test if planning policy would allow residential development on your chosen site, or test the acceptability of a design with the planning authority via a pre-application submission, we can help.
Perhaps you would like to explore early ideas for your project. We review the constraints and opportunities of your property preparing a feasibility study of initial design options for you to consider.
Full Design & Planning
Our full planning and design service takes you from concept to planning determination. We develop the design with you, preparing all required architectural planning application drawings and statements. We coordinate other consultants if needed, such as ecologists or arboriculturists, submit and manage the application. We can then help you with a list of recommended contractors if you don’t already have a builder in mind.
Technical Design & Construction
We manage the comprehensive coordination and management of various consultants throughout the technical design and construction phases. We produce the architectural drawings required to comply with Building Regulations, agree a price with a preferred builder with a Tender Package and can be on hand throughout construction to coordinate contractors & sub-contractors.
Architect Consultation
If you have lots of ideas but are not sure what’s possible, we can help. Our architectural consultation will guide you through the planning, design and environmental considerations of the different scenarios you’ve been looking at. We can also give you some practical next steps to progress your project.
